KOMBUCHA & MAPLE SYRUP VINAIGRETTE

Here’s a well-kept secret: kombucha is a great replacement for vinegar in most raw condiment recipes. Don’t hesitate to add it to your favorite vinaigrettes and sauces for a probiotic kick in your next salad!

INGREDIENTS

CUP (55 ML) Kombucha


2 TBS (30 ML) Orange Juice


2 TBS (30 ML) Maple Syrup 


2 TSP (10 ML) Salt


A pinch of black pepper


1 CUP (250 ML) Extra-virgin olive oil

In a food processor, mix together the first 5 ingredients for 1 minute. 


Gradually add the oil, if possible while continuing to mix. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
